The conference aims to explore contemporary developments in arbitration, technology, and global justice through interdisciplinary discussions and scholarly contributions.

The conference shall focus on the following sub-themes:

Submission Guidelines

1. Manuscript Length

Manuscripts should ordinarily range between 6,000 and 9,000 words, including references, tables, and appendices. Submissions exceeding this limit will not be considered unless approved by the Editorial Committee.

2. Manuscript Preparation & Structure

Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format.

The manuscript should include:

  • Title of the Paper
  • Abstract (200–250 words), clearly stating the research problem, objectives, methodology, and key findings
  • Keywords (maximum of five)
  • Main Text, appropriately divided into headings and subheadings
  • Acknowledgements (if any)
  • References

All tables, figures, charts, and illustrations must be:

  • Sequentially numbered (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1)
  • Provided with clear titles/captions
  • Accompanied by appropriate source citations

Figures and infographics must be submitted in editable, high-resolution formats, and authors bear full responsibility for securing necessary permissions and ensuring compliance with copyright laws.

Footnotes should be minimal, numbered consecutively, and used only for substantive clarification.

3. Referencing Style

All manuscripts must strictly follow APA (7th Edition) referencing style.Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all citations and references.

4. Submission & Review Process

Authors are required to submit an initial abstract (200–250 words) for consideration. Upon acceptance, the full manuscript shall be submitted within the prescribed timeline. All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process in accordance with established academic standards. Manuscripts will be evaluated on the basis of:

  • Originality and scholarly contribution
  • Relevance to the conference theme
  • Conceptual clarity and coherence
  • Methodological rigor
  • Quality of analysis and argumentation

The full manuscript must include the following author details (to be provided on a separate cover page to ensure anonymity during review):

  • Full name(s) of the author(s)
  • Institutional affiliation(s)
  • Designation
  • Email Address
  • Contact Number
  • ORCID ID

Submissions must meet a similarity threshold of less than 10%, as verified through plagiarism detection software (e.g., Turnitin).

Authors must disclose any use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in the preparation of the manuscript. Such tools must not substitute original scholarly contribution.

The registration fee is payable only upon acceptance of the abstract and is non-refundable.

5. Formatting Requirements

Manuscripts must conform to the following formatting standards:

  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 12-point (main text), 14-point (headings)
  • Line Spacing: Single
  • Alignment: Justified
  • Margins: Standard (1 inch on all sides)
  • Headings: Clearly differentiated and formatted in bold
  • Referencing: APA (7th Edition), with a complete reference list at the end
6. Ethical Standards & Author Responsibilities

Authors must maintain the highest standards of academic integrity. Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Any plagiarism, data fabrication, or unethical research practice will result in immediate rejection.

Authors intending to participate in the conference are required to adhere strictly to the following schedule:

  • Abstract Submission Deadline: 05 August, 2026
  • Notification of Abstract Acceptance: 10 August, 2026
  • Last Date for Registration Fee Payment: 15 August, 2026 (or as specified in the acceptance communication)
  • Submission of Full (Camera-Ready) Paper: 20 August, 2026
  • Final Submission (Post-Review): As notified by the organisers
  • Publication of Selected Papers: To be announced in due course

All submissions must be made within the stipulated deadlines. Late submissions may not be considered, except at the discretion of the organising committee.
